Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RED AMBITION, we take pride in the quality of our products and the experience we deliver. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose between a refund (where applicable) or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as RED AMBITION cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
